1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is processed or dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • If your order is already shipped, you may need to wait for delivery and initiate a return.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under certain conditions such as wrong item delivered, damaged product, or unserviceable location.

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect or damaged.

  • The order is canceled before shipping.

  • The service/test is unavailable at your location after payment.

  • The test provider cancels the appointment unexpectedly.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Refund process steps:

  • Raise a request via email or phone.

  • Share images (if damaged item) or order details.

  • Once approved, refund will be initiated to your bank, UPI, or card.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Some items/services may not be eligible for refund due to health safety or usage.

No refund will be applicable if:

  • The diagnostic kit is opened or used.

  • The appointment/test was missed by the customer.

  • The cancellation request is made after dispatch or delivery.

  • You provided incomplete/incorrect address or contact details.

5. Service Rescheduling or Replacement

If a scheduled test cannot be done on your selected date, we offer rescheduling or an alternate service provider wherever possible.

Options include:

  • Rescheduling your test to a later date.

  • Assigning another service partner in your area.

  • Offering refund if no alternative is available.
