1. Cancellation of Booking

• Customers can cancel their lab test/health package booking within 12 hours before the scheduled sample collection time.

• If cancellation is made before 12 hours, the booking amount will be fully refunded.

• If cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the sample collection, no refund will be processed.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only applicable in case of booking cancellation by the customer or by our team due to unavoidable reasons.

• No refunds are provided after the sample has been collected.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time of sample collection.

• If the cancellation request is made after the sample collection process has started.

• If cancellation is made less than 12 hours before collection time.
