1. Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch your orders quickly and efficiently. Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST are processed the same day.

  • Orders after 5:00 PM are processed on the next working day.

  • No processing is done on Sundays or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email and a shipping notification.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout. We strive to deliver within the estimated time frames.

Delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days.

  • Express Delivery: 1 to 3 business days (where available).

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, logistics, or remote area coverage.

 3. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India, covering metro cities, towns, and most pin codes. For remote or rural areas, delivery may take additional time or be handled via third-party couriers.

Delivery notes:

  • Serviceable in most cities and towns in India.

  • Remote locations may take longer than estimated.

  • Some areas may have limited delivery options or require additional coordination.

 4. Shipping Charges

We offer fair and transparent shipping charges. Standard shipping is free for most orders over ₹499.

Shipping charges:

  • Free shipping for orders above ₹499.

  • ₹49 standard shipping fee for orders below ₹499.

  • Express shipping charges depend on location and urgency (displayed at checkout).

 5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your order.

Tracking details:

  • Shipping notification email with tracking number.

  • Live status available via courier partner’s link.

  • You can also log in to your account to check updates.

 6. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, certain factors may cause delays. If that happens, we’ll keep you informed and help resolve the issue quickly.

Possible delay causes:

  • Bad weather or natural disasters.

  • Courier service disruptions or strikes.

  • Regional lockdowns or containment zones.

  • Remote area delivery constraints.

7. Safe & Secure Packaging

We take utmost care in packaging your orders, especially health-related products. Every order is packed hygienically and securely for tamper-free delivery.

Packaging highlights:

  • Tamper-proof packaging for all test kits and products.

  • Hygienic handling and sealing of medical-related items.

  • Proper labeling for fragile or temperature-sensitive items.

 8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If no one is available at your address, the courier may attempt delivery again. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned.

Delivery failure process:

  • Up to 2–3 delivery attempts may be made.

  • You may be contacted via call/SMS before redelivery.

  • If the product returns to us, a re-shipping fee may apply.
