• Currently, our services are available in Bhiwani, Rohtak, Hisar and nearby areas.

• Customers must confirm their location before booking.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our website/app.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Customers can cancel their booking within 12 hours prior to sample collection to be eligible for a refund.

• No refund will be processed if cancellation is requested after this time frame.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Sample Collection

• The customer must be available at the given address during the scheduled time.

• If the customer is unavailable, the booking will be marked as Cancelled – No Refund.

5. Report Delivery

• Reports are delivered digitally (Email/WhatsApp/App) within 24–48 hours.

• Printed reports are available in Bhiwani, Rohtak, Hisar and nearby areas. with doorstep delivery.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• We ensure utmost care in sample collection and reporting, but Medzeo Lab is not liable for any delay caused by technical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or customer unavailability.

7. Policy Updates

• Medzeo Lab reserves the right to update this policy anytime. Updates will be posted on this page.

8. Changes to Terms
